Return & Refund Policy
Here at VAKODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you be unhappy for any reason, we offer a straightforward and clear returns process.
Return Conditions
- Products should be returned in the original packaging, where possible, and in their original condition.
- Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have a further 7 days to send the product back.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage.
1. Register Your Return
- Always contact our customer support before sending a product back.
- Send an email to support@vakoda.com and include the following:
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Name and address details as per the order
Important: Do not send the product back until you have received confirmation from us.
2. Packing
- Pack the product well, preferably in the original packaging.
- Remove or cover old shipping labels.
- Ensure the parcel is properly packed and sealed to prevent damage in transit.
- Include the packing slip in the parcel.
- Attach the return shipping label clearly on the outside of the parcel.
3. Send Your Return Parcel
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.
- Always keep your proof of posting until the return is complete.
- You are responsible for ensuring the parcel reaches us. VAKODA cannot be held liable for parcels that are not properly registered or fail to reach us.
4. Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If the product shows signs of use or is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct costs for loss in value.
Important Tips
- Handle the product with care and pack carefully to avoid damage.
- Returns not in original condition or insufficiently packaged may incur additional charges.
