Shipping Policy
At VAKODA, we strive to process your order quickly, efficiently, and in an environmentally friendly manner. We always choose the most sustainable shipping options available.
Processing and delivery

Processing time:
Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders made at weekends or on public holidays are sent the next working day. -
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your parcel.
Shipping costs
- We always offer free and eco-friendly shipping – regardless of order value or delivery country within the EU.
Delivery times
Our estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 6–8 working days
- Belgium: 6–8 working days
- Germany: 5–8 working days
- Other EU countries: 4–9 working days
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors, such as delays with delivery partners or public holidays.
International shipping
We currently only ship to countries within the EU. We are actively working to expand our delivery options in the future.
Delays
We always do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, but certain circumstances – such as customs checks or high workloads at shipping companies – may cause delays. HORDHOM is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost or damaged parcels
- If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vakoda.com and attach photographs of the damage.
- For lost parcels: Please check the tracking information and contact the delivery company. We are always here to help you further if the issue is not resolved.
