At VAKODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, whenever possible, and in original condition.
- Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 7 days to ship the item back.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
1. Register Your Return
- Always contact our customer support team before sending your item back.
- Send an email to support@vakoda.com with the following details:
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Name and shipping address as listed on the order
Important: Do not ship the item back until you have received confirmation from us.
2. Packaging
- Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
- Make sure the package is properly packed and sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the packing slip inside the package.
- Attach the return shipping label clearly to the outside of the package.
3. Ship Your Return
- Drop off the package at your nearest postal service location.
- Always keep the drop-off receipt until your return is complete.
- You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us. VAKODA cannot be held liable for packages that are not properly registered or fail to arrive.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- If the item shows signs of use or is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a fee for the loss in value.

- Handle the item with care and pack it thoroughly to avoid damage.
- Returns that are not in original condition or are insufficiently packaged may be subject to additional charges.
