Returns & Refunds Policy
At VAKODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you, for any reason, not be satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process.
Return conditions
- The product should be returned in the original packaging, if possible, and in its original condition.
- The return must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return is approved, you have a further 7 days to send the product back.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
1. Register your return
- Always contact our customer support before sending the product back.
- Send an email to support@vakoda.com and provide the following:
- Reason for the return
- Order number
- Name and address details as per the order
Important: Do not send the product back before you have received confirmation from us.
2. Packing
- Pack the product well, preferably in the original packaging.
- Remove or cover old shipping labels.
- Ensure the parcel is properly packed and sealed to avoid damage in transit.
- Include the delivery note in the parcel.
- Attach the return shipping label visibly on the parcel.
3. Send the return parcel
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or collection point.
- Always keep your drop-off receipt until the return is completed.
- You are responsible for ensuring the parcel reaches us. VAKODA cannot be held liable for parcels that have not been registered correctly or do not reach us.
4. Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- If the product shows signs of use or is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct costs for loss in value.
Important tips
- Handle the product with care and pack carefully to avoid damage.
- Returns that are not in original condition or are insufficiently packaged may incur additional charges.
