Shipping Policy

At VAKODA, we strive to process your order quickly, efficiently, and sustainably. We always choose the most eco-friendly shipping options available.

Processing & Delivery

• Processing time:
  Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

• Tracking:
  Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your package.

Shipping Costs

• We always offer free, eco-friendly shipping – regardless of order value or delivery country within the EU.

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 6–8 business days
• Belgium: 6–8 business days
• Germany: 5–8 business days
• Other EU countries: 4–9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or holidays.

International Shipping

We currently ship only to countries within the EU. We’re actively working to expand our delivery options in the future.

Delays

We always do our best to deliver within the stated time, but certain circumstances – such as customs inspections or high carrier workload – may cause delays. VAKODA is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at support@vakoda.com and attach photos of the damage.
• For lost packages: Check the tracking information and contact the carrier. We’re always here to help if the issue isn’t resolved.
